Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Not show any signs of damage, washing, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.

Sale Items

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Gel-Kayano is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Refund & Return Policy.
