Thank you for shopping with Gel-Kayano. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times generally begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Express Shipping: [7–12 business days]

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order size, shipping method, and other applicable factors.

From time to time, Gel-Kayano may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping discounts. Any applicable promotion will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates provided at checkout or in shipping communications are estimates only.

Gel-Kayano is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather.
Natural disasters.
Carrier delays.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Holidays or peak shipping periods.
Customs or government delays.
Transportation disruptions.
Other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you believe your package may be lost, contact us so we can help investigate the situation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

Gel-Kayano is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If the carrier's tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery location.
Ask household members, neighbors, or building management whether the package was received.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Gel-Kayano is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the packaging and the damaged product to help us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Gel-Kayano does not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated to include applicable destinations, shipping fees, delivery estimates, customs requirements, duties, and taxes.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain addresses, territories, or locations where delivery is unavailable or restricted by our shipping carriers.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to a shipping restriction, we will contact you and, when applicable, issue a refund to the original payment method.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only guarantee changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the shipment. In such cases, the order may be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
